I grew up frequently moving between my parents and family, and ultimately ended up in the foster care system. With substance abuse in my family system, being a child and adult child of a dysfunctional family is something with which I am very familiar. I decided to pursue my education and help others instead of perpetuating the toxic family system. I get the hard changes that need to be made and I'm here to help you make the hard changes. Together we can do the hard things and break the cycle.

I am a Brainspotting practitioner and use treatment strategies that are proven to help an individual heal from and manage trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and other mental health challenges.
