Clinical Intern

Sometimes life can seem like a constant struggle, and let’s be honest, change is
hard! However, feeling happy and fulfilled is possible and it’s what we all deserve. The
beginning is always the toughest part - it can feel overwhelming and impossible. Let me
help you get that ball rolling and guide you into a life you are excited to live.

I received my undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Psychology and am
currently working towards my licensure in marriage and family therapy while completing
my master’s degree at Northcentral University. I have also been trained in Phase One
Brainspotting - a technique that allows clients to process their trauma(s) safely.

My approach to therapy varies by client, however I tend to utilize an eclectic
model which includes solution & emotion-focused therapies, as well as mindfulness and
acceptance-based practices. I work with those suffering from addiction, trauma, eating
disorders, anxiety and depression amongst a variety of other concerns.

Let’s end the struggle and get through whatever obstacles are before you
together. You are not alone. I encourage you to reach out whenever you are ready.
